Healing and Compassion Awaits You

Here’s what does NOT work inside a business coaching container: Adding more pressure and intensity for a coach who is already not quite where they want to be with their business.

Sometimes we call this hustle culture, or bro marketing. It’s supposed to sometimes scare the coach into doing more/better, or simply get them taking more action.

If you have even the slightest bit of fear around working on your business and moving it to new levels, what you actually need is a compassionate container in which to feel safe sharing and talking about your business and yourself.

I’ll be straight with you: a lot of business coaching feels downright traumatizing to experience.

It sucks.

I’ve been in many programs and worked with many coaches and some of them simply made the experience of running a business feel terrifyingly awful.

One of the biggest ways I can be of benefit to other coaches is I can bring a nonjudgmental, compassionate, and kind energy and awareness to business growth practices and discussions.

Before I can ever even help someone with their business, I know I need to set up a healing container that is crammed full of compassion.

You have to be able to talk about everything in order to heal past business growth trauma and open yourself up to the true path you’re meant to be on in your business. The path of your Divine Calling.
